Denise Dustin
Denise graduated from ISU with a Bachelor's of Health Science and is currently pursuing a Master's of Public Health. Her and her sweetheart have been married for 25 years and have 8 children and 3 grandchildren, Denise's hobbies include spending time with her family, reading, crocheting, cross-stitching, sewing, and collecting Cherished Teddies figurines.
Amy has been a PTA for 16 years she gradutating from ISU's PTA program. She loves what she does, and enjoys working with patients to improve their lives. Amy and her husband have 3 daughters that make life fun and exciting. Amy loves doing crafts and home improvements on her house.
Janice Curtis
QA
Janice has been doing of QA and she brings a fun energy to our office. We are so glad she works with us. She is sharp and witty. She is funny and spontaneous. She reminds us that bacon is always in style and can go with anything. She loves camping and being outdoors, she loves to read, play cards, and hanging out with her dog Flash. She is the proud mother of 3 children, 6 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.
Mandi Foster
Care Coordinator/Receptionist
Mandi has been part of our team for 3 years. She has recently taken over as our Care Coordinator and is proving to be a wonderful asset to our team. Mandi and her husband of 19 yrs have 4 children. She enjoys crafting and watching her kids participate in football, wresting, track, High school and JR High Rodeo. She is kind, compassionate, and thoughtful.
